decent stay
fresh fruits helpful directions front desk luggage transport
i really appreciated the breakfast. it included a wide variety of fresh fruits and pastries. the front desk staff provided helpful directions to belém! they even used google maps street view to show me the exact tram stop.
sometimes they seemed more focused on paperwork or their phones. This happened quite a bit. taxis could not access the road right outside. I had to walk with my luggage for about 100m.

fantastic hotel experience
perfect location good surprise large variety
the location is perfect near many main attractions. the hotel provided champagne in our room which was a good surprise. breakfast had a large variety of options included. the hotel offered a complimentary walking tour plus a free drink afterward at the bar.

excellent location with wonderful amenities
water bottles complimentary coffee stocked mini quality bedsheets
My room included complimentary water bottles. coffee and snacks were provided daily. i also found a mini bar stocked with sodas and beer. soundproofing was effective. I experienced no noise issues. the bedsheets and towels were high quality.
the breakfast area felt a bit crowded during peak hours, it was somewhat uncomfortable.

the hotel has a downtown location, near central attractions. i could easily walk to many central locations. shops and restaurants were also close by. the area is currently being trialled as a pedestrian zone.

breakfast included fresh fruit and juices. omelets and cappuccinos were made to order. there was lots of food on offer to all guests through the day. the breakfast area is a market place in the morning.

the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. the bathroom was very large. good shower pressure existed. it had high-quality bedsheets and towels. the hotel thought of all the little things.

fantastic service thoughtful touches
The staff provided fantastic customer service upon my arrival. I especially loved the complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks, and pastries available all day. The availability of hair straighteners and high-end toiletries, including conditioner and body lotion, enhanced my stay.

The staff offered free water and sweets in the lobby. I appreciated the nice welcome during check-in and after check-in. The breakfast provided a lot of choice. I found it very good.
The shower jet was very strong, it made the handheld one not stay in place.

the hotel has a superb central location. it made exploring the area very easy. the breakfast selection was wonderful with many options available. i found the staff really kind and helpful.
the rooms are quite small, this made it difficult to lay out bags.
